  This position is responsible for delivering technical support, maintenance, and installation services for advanced semiconductor exposure machinery. Candidates are expected to work in cleanroom environments and communicate smoothly with client engineers and internal Japanese stakeholders. The role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented mindset to drive high service quality.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  -Carry out machine delivery, installation, set up, and commissioning at client factories in northern areas.
  -Conduct regular maintenance, inspections, and preventative servicing for semiconductor exposure equipment.
  -Perform rapid troubleshooting and emergency support on-site to minimize client operational downtime.-
  -Provide technical guidance and training to client operators regarding machine operation and maintenance procedures.
  -Keep updated with the latest technological developments and specialized product knowledge.
  -Communicate effectively with clients and HQ technical teams to fulfill technical requirements.
  -Build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with clients to achieve high customer satisfaction.
  -Assist in planning and executing field service operations ensuring high quality and deadlines.
  -Collaborate closely with technical teams in Japan for specialized service support.
