  1. Project Legal Support
  - Research, analyze, and provide legal advice while proposing risk prevention measures to assist BOD in minimizing risks during project implementation)
  - Draft, review, and verify contracts, documents, and legal dossiers related to the company’s project execution
  - Collaborate with the Board of Directors and other departments to work with regulatory authorities and partners to complete the project’s legal documentation
  - Perform other tasks as required by the Board of Directors, in line with the position and duties of the legal department
  
  2. Internal Legal Affairs
  - Review and ensure the legality of documents and contracts issued or signed by the company with partners and clients; adjust contracts and internal regulations to comply with current laws
  - Support other departments in resolving legal issues related to business operations
  - Draft official letters, announcements, and correspondence to clients and government agencies
  - Research and summarize legal regulations relevant to general business operations, particularly in the real estate sector
  - Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors
