    - Collaborate with the Japanese team to clarify and finalize system requirements.
    - Be responsible for the code quality and implementation progress of the development team in Vietnam.
    - Propose alternative solutions when interface requirements from Japan are not optimized in terms of UX/UI, performance, or system operation.
    - Manage team members and their performance.
    - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the project is implemented according to requirements and on schedule.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    - Bachelor's degree
    - Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development.
    - Experienced in/capable of managing a team effectively, ensuring product output quality.
    - Good communication in English (Intermediate level)
    - Strong ability to read, understand, and analyze business requirements documents.
    - Knowledge and experience in system design, ability to evaluate and propose UX/UI solutions.

    <PREFER>
    - Experience participating in large-scale system upgrade or restructuring projects.
    - Knowledge or experience in the retail, POS systems, or reuse industry.
