  <Job Summary>
  This Japanese manufacturing company operates a professional production facility in the Binh Duong area. They are seeking a dedicated GA/HR Chief to oversee the administrative and human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between the local workforce and Japanese management.
  The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from labor relations and recruitment to the management of Japanese expatriates' legal documents. We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in HR and General Affairs who can work independently and lead the administrative team effectively.
  
  <Detail>
  - Monitoring and assisting in the processing of visa, temporary residence permit, and work permit applications, renewals, and management for Japanese employees working at the company.
  - Managing procedures related to social insurance and other company insurance.
  - Handling legal and administrative issues related to the General Affairs Department's operations, including reporting, compliance, and coordination with government agencies.
  - Managing and supporting expenses related to Japanese employees working at the company.
  - Managing the entire recruitment process (job posting, interview coordination, and recruitment support).
  - Managing employment contracts and contract termination procedures.
  - Managing compensation and benefits activities, including salary payments, annual performance reviews, bonuses, and updating company internal laws and regulations.
  - Handling labor relations issues and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  - Support to Assistant management and supervising human resources and labor-related activities.
