    <Job Detail>

    • Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company goals
    • Manage and oversee all procurement activities for materials and goods
    • Source, evaluate, and develop suppliers
    • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
    • Control costs while ensuring quality and delivery timelines
    • Lead and develop the purchasing team
    • Coordinate with internal departments
    • Report directly to Japanese General Manager and Japanese CEO

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields
    • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
    • Strong negotiation, analytical, and management skills
    • Leadership ability and ability to work under high pressure
    • Japanese: JLPT N2 or above


    <Prefer>
    • Proficient in MS Office; ERP system experience is a plus
    • Candidate with experience in Japanese company
