  <Summary>
  They are recruiting for a Position Payable Accountant at the Vietnam branch of a leading Japanese textile trading company.
  
  <Detail>
  - Process payment: Internal, Local and Overseas.
  - Checking and recording Expenses in accordance with current accounting regulations and internal policies.
  - Handle banking transactions, including payments, L/C assurance, loan-related documents, and other bank procedures.
  - Provide explanations of accounting data and supporting documents to tax authorities, auditors, and other regulatory bodies when required.
  - Perform data analysis and prepare internal reports as requested by management.
  - Maintain proper filing, classification, and storage of accounting documents in compliance with regulations.
  - Prepare the banking statements.
  - Prepare State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) reporting
  - Prepare FCT tax reports and support other tax declarations if required.
  - Prepare monthly accounts payable reports and related reconciliations.
  - Other tasks assigned by the Leader/ manager.
