  SUMMARY:
  - The Senior Industrial Engineering (IE) Specialist is responsible for driving productivity, efficiency,
  and process optimization from product development (at least tech 1) through mass production.
  This role focuses on Product IE data verification and analysis to establish accurate standard
  times, improve methods, and identify opportunities for process engineering and continuous
  improvement across the value stream.
  
  Key Responsibilities (% of Time):
  • 40% – IE Data Verification & Standard Time Setting
  Review and validate IE data (cycle time, manpower, machine utilization); conduct time studies (stopwatch, video, MOST/MTM); analyze variances across factories/products; maintain and update standard time database.
  • 25% – Product Family Classification & Master Data
  Develop product classification system; group products into families; build and maintain manufacturing master data (process time, EOLR, PPH) to support planning and vendor target setting.
  • 25% – Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting
  Provide IE input for process FMEA, engineering, work instructions, and labor cost standardization; prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations; support cost estimation and quoting.
  • 10% – Training & Development
  Train and coach IE/production teams on IE methods and standard work; continuously update industry knowledge and share best practices.
