    【Job Description】
    • To be involve in project development from concept design (mostly) to tender document, construction document.
    • Contribute ideas, study and share knowledge, skill with other members in design team.
    • Examine by comparing core technologies in each specialized field, following superior’s instruction.
    • Prepare all related documents to present in the meeting with Client.
    • Check quality of construction with design drawing (design, materials, basic quality, compliance).
    • Create the document of design change and feedback sheet.
    • Identify successful examples in projects, and analyze factors of defect cases.
    • Other works assigned by Superior.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural or Construction Management.
    • Having at least 2 years of experience. Newly graduated ones with good or excellent degree in Architect are welcomed
    • Having good knowledge and practice of Vietnamese design standard, building code.
    • Proficiency in AutoCad, Sketchup, PS.
    • Basic knowledge on Revit or other BIM software is required.
    • Can work OT and stand high pressure, having sense of organizing his own work
    • Proactive thinking, creative, hard working.

    <Prefer>
    • Used to work for Japanese constructor is an advantage.
    • Having Japanese or English
    • Having good experience working with BIM, ISO 1965 is an advantage.
