  【Responsibilities】
  -Manage and oversee all branch operations in line with the company’s business plan.
  -Take full responsibility for the branch’s revenue, costs, profit, and overall operational efficiency.
  -Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans for the branch.
  -Identify and develop new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
  -Manage, train, assign, and supervise all branch staff members.
  -Monitor and improve service quality, work progress, and customer satisfaction levels.
  -Track and control the branch budget, operating costs, and assets.
  -Ensure branch operations comply with internal procedures and relevant laws.
  -Prepare regular reports on business performance and finance for the Board of Management.
  -Other related tasks including handling risks, customer complaints, and emergency situations.
