    【Job summary】
    Our company is a manufacturer and distributor of wood coatings.
    Now, we are looking for an accounting staff.

    【Job description】
    - Handle daily accounting tasks such as recording transactions and preparing accounting documents
    - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
    - Prepare invoices and check payment documents
    - Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
    - Prepare tax declarations (VAT, PIT, CIT) in accordance with Vietnamese regulations
    - Maintain accounting records and ensure proper filing of documents
    - Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax authorities when required
    - Support other administrative or accounting tasks assigned by management
    - The other tasks assigned by the Japanese manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ＜Must＞
    - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related field
    - English: Intermediate level.
    - Having Chief Accountant Certificate
    - More than 7 years of experience in accounting/finance
    - At least 5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing company
    - Minimum 3 years of experience as Chief Accountant or equivalent leadership role
    - Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards, taxation, and audit processes
    - Hands-on experience in cost accounting, inventory management, and variance analysis
    - Experience in ERP or accounting system implementation and improvement
    - Advanced Excel skills

    ＜Prefer＞
    - Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing company
    - Experience in BOM and standard costing system setup/operation
    - Experience in accounting system implementation or replacement
    - Experience in cash flow management and banking relationships
    - Knowledge of internal control systems and process optimization
    - Proven experience in team management
