    <Job summary>
    Design and develop control and monitoring systems for thermal (including geothermal) and nuclear power plants. Your work will directly support stable, efficient, and reliable power generation that underpins critical social infrastructure.

    + Design control systems for steam turbines and power plants
    + Develop hardware configurations and control software
    + Translate customer requirements into system designs and technical documentation
    + Apply ICT technologies to enhance product and system performance
    + Collaborate with project teams to deliver engineering solutions
    + Responsible for developing a production plan and training new members

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Automation & Control Engineering, Information Engineering, Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
    • 5+ years of experience in system design or engineering.
    • Japanese: At least N4 level. (Candidates without Japanese may also be considered if they have outstanding technical expertise, around 10+ years of relevant experience, and good English communication skills.)
    • Experience with PLC, DCS, or industrial automation systems.
    • Experience with EPLAN, AutoCAD, or electrical panel design.
    • Experience in or strong interest in power plant systems (hydro or thermal).

    <PREFER>
    • Experience in power plant systems, particularly hydro or thermal power plants.
    • Good communication skills in both English and Japanese.
