    Technical support of Mechanical products to customer /sales & related projects:
    • Provide technical support for mechanical and automation products.
    • Visit customers to introduce and present Misumi products.
    • Assist customers in product selection, operation, and troubleshooting.
    • Collaborate with other departments to develop sales tools and support to promote to achieve sales targets.
    • Collaborate within team and other department to develop technical support system / model to improve efficiency
    • Other tasks assigned by managers"

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, particularly in automation or machine design.
    • Hands-on experience in automation-related projects.

    <Prefer>
    • Experience in developing, applying, or optimizing AI solutions is an advantage.
    • Experience in translating technical documents is an advantage.
    • Experience in project management is an advantage.

  • English Level

    Upper-Intermediate Level
