    【Job Summary】
    Ensure accurate cost estimation, structure quantity take-off, and budget preparation.

    【Job Detail】
    - Quantity take-off from structure design drawings.
    - Prepare construction cost estimates (materials, labor, equipment, etc.).
    - Evaluate and control actual costs against the budget.
    - Participate in bid analysis, evaluation, and support tendering processes.
    - Other tasks assigned by the Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ＜Must＞
    - Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Construction Economics, or related fields.
    - At least 5 years of experience in QS field.
    - Newly graduated ones with good or excellent degree in architect or structure are welcomed to apply.
    - Proficient in specialized software: AutoCAD, Excel, etc.
    - Good understanding of Vietnamese construction standards and regulations.
    - English: Upper-Intermediate level.
    • Strong teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills.

    ＜Prefer＞
    - Japanese: N2 Intermediate level.
    - Having working experience in Japan, or Japanese company in Vietnam.
