    【Job Summary】
    Ensure that cost estimates, quantity surveying , project scheduling meet the requirements
    regarding quality , time, and budget of the project.

    【Job Detail】
    - Extracting quantities from design drawings ( Structure quantities , Finishing quantities..)
    - Prepare a cost estimate for construction (materials, labor, machinery and equipment, etc.).
    - Evaluate and control actual costs against the budget.
    - Participate in the analysis and evaluation of bids and provide bid support.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ＜Must＞
    - Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Economics, or related fields.
    - Have 5 years or more of experience in Quantity Surveying (QS), preparing construction method drawings, and creating schedules.
    - Newly graduated ones with good or excellent degree in architect or strucutre are welcomed to apply.
    - Proficient in specialized software: AutoCAD, Excel…
    - Thorough understanding of construction standards and regulations in Vietnam.
    - English: Upper-Intermediate level.
    - Possesses teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills.

    ＜Prefer＞
    - Japanese: N2 Intermediate level.
    - Having working experience in Japan, or Japanese company in Vietnam.
