  • Job Description

    • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of LS Electric products/equipment at customer sites.
    • Analyze technical issues arising on-site and coordinate with relevant teams to provide feedback for continuous improvement and preventive actions.
    • Handle technical problems related to after-sales service and ensure timely resolution.
    • Prepare detailed analysis reports and propose effective corrective solutions.
    • Develop and implement customer service plans for assigned projects.
    • Monitor equipment performance and ensure stable and efficient operation in line with customer requirements.
    • Provide technical support and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure service quality.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Korean nationality
    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electricity, Automation, or related fields.
    • Proficiency in English (working-level communication required).
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Willingness to travel and work at customer sites.
    • Good communication and teamwork skills.

    • Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, or servicing electrical/automation equipment is preferred.Have experience in testing medium-voltage and low-voltage electrical panels.
    • Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, or servicing electrical/automation equipment is preferred.
