【Job Summary】
To lead the sales team in order to promote and sell products.
You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building customer relationships, and achieving company goals.
We are seeking an individual who can manage the team as a sales manager in the future.
【Key Responsibilities】
-Develop and implement sales strategies targeting the manufacturing and electronics industries to drive sustainable revenue growth and increase company profitability
-Identify potential clients and grow the customer base.
-Building and developing sales team activities.
-Work closely with suppliers and technical teams to provide product solutions.
-Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
-Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
-Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
-Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company

Qualifications
Requirement
【MUST】
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
・Degree not required with sufficient experience.
-English (Intermediate)
-At least 5 years of sales experience in industrial consumables.
-Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PPT)
【Advantage】
--Strong network in the manufacturing sector.
-Japanese Level: N3 or above.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Familiar with technical product specifications.English Level
