  The Accounting Assistant plays an essential role in supporting the accounting and finance operations of a foreign-invested manufacturing company operating in the industrial materials and chemical sector. This position is responsible for assisting with daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting compliance with Vietnamese accounting regulations, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments and management

  - Review and issue sales and purchase invoices
  - Manage payments and prepare payment lists
  - Maintain accounting records and monitor bank transactions
  - Prepare monthly reports and reconcile data with internal departments
  - Manage accounting documents and liaise with external accounting firms
  - Other tasks assigned by the Japanese Manager
