    <Job Summary>
    You will be in charge of the Service Manager in the Japanese Automotive shop, Suzuki.

    <Detail>
    1. Service Operations Management:
    a) Plan and manage the operations of the service workshop, warranty department, parts department, and customer care department.
    b) Ensure the vehicle reception – repair – handover process adheres to Suzuki standards.
    c) Monitor repair quality, completion time, and customer satisfaction.
    d) Assign and supervise tasks for service advisors, technicians, and relevant staff.
    e) Control costs, materials, tools, and equipment in the workshop.

    2. Human Resources Management:
    a) Participate in interviewing, training, and evaluating staff in the Service Department.
    b) Build a professional, disciplined, and collaborative work environment.
    c) Propose training programs to improve skills and expertise for the team.

    3. Revenue and Profit Management
    a) Develop monthly/quarterly/annual revenue, expense, and profit plans.
    b) Monitor and report on the business performance of services and spare parts.
    c) Propose promotional programs and value-added services to boost revenue.

    4. Compliance and Reporting
    a) Ensure compliance with occupational safety, fire prevention, 5S, and environmental standards.
    b) Report periodic performance results to the Board of Directors and Suzuki Vietnam.
    c) Perform other tasks as required by superiors.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Bachelor's degree in automotive, mechanical engineering, engineering, or business administration.
    - English: Conversational levels or more.
    - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the automotive service industry, including at least 2 years in a Service Manager position.
    - Thorough understanding of automotive technology, warranty procedures, spare parts, and service management.
    - Leadership, team management, communication, problem-solving, and customer care.
    - Proficient in Word, Excel, and workshop management software.
