  <Job summary>
  You will be in charge of an interpreter in a Japanese manufacturing company in the factory.
  
  <Detail>
  - Provide on-site interpretation between Japanese managers/engineers and local staff (Japanese ↔ Vietnamese / English) in manufacturing, production, quality, and equipment operations.
  - Translate work instructions, standard operating procedures, quality documents, and improvement materials.
  - Support interpretation for production issues, quality problems, and improvement activities on the factory floor.
  - Interpret during meetings such as daily meetings, regular meetings, and improvement discussions, and help share meeting outcomes.
  - Support smooth communication and coordination between Japanese management and local factory staff.
  - Other tasks from the manager.
