    Handling import/export goods, project cargo (air, sea)

    【Job Descriptions】(details)
    - All tasks related to sea/air export shipments: quotation, booking, transportation, customs clearance tracking, B/L and SI preparation, sending documents to agents, creating debit notes, and monitoring accounts receivable.
    - All tasks related to import shipments: manifest declaration, transportation, customs clearance tracking, delivery, creating debit notes, and monitoring accounts receivable.
    - Tracking a shipment from A to Z according to Incoterms.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Graduated from College or above with a major in import-export or foreign trade.
    - At least 2 years of experience in logistics industry
    - English level: Upper - Intermediate or Japanese level N3
