    - Responsible for working as a Service Engineer

    【Job description】
    - Execute tasks according to team guidelines and customer requirements.
    - Provide customer support: (Including improvement suggestions, technical consulting, troubleshooting, and sales proposals/upselling).
    - Report onsite work progress and prepare Service Reports.
    - Perform general service tasks: (Overhauling, commissioning, maintenance, and repairs, etc.).
    - Comply with occupational health and safety (OHS) policies for field operations.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, and Refrigeration Engineering or related fields.
    - At least 1-2 years of experience in maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of refrigeration systems.
    - Communication in English (Intermediate level)

    <SKILLS>
    - Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
