    One of the clients, which provides interior designing of offices and restaurants, is now looking for an Interior Designer.

    【Job description】
    - Project Management
    - Preparing Estimates
    - Creating MEP Drawings (if possible)
    - Submitting Construction Applications to the Building Authority
    - Progress Management
    - Managing and Coordinating Subcontractors
    - Southern Region (Business Trips to Other Provinces Near Ho Chi Minh City)
    - The other tasks assigned by the JP manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Japanese N2 intermediate OR English Intermediate level.
    - Having more than 3 years of working experience Site supervisor.
    - Can work in good teamwork.
    - Can understand MEP drawing.

    <Prefer>
    - Know how to read + speak English or Japanese (No degree required)
    - Must be able to design and draw equipment (MEP) by using Auto CAD.
