    - Responsible for Research, Development and Design of Electronic Products

    【Job description】
    - Lead the design and evaluation of new electronic products; continuously improve and optimize existing electronic models to enhance performance.
    - Conduct hands-on physical measurements and perform data analysis to support and validate the product development stages.
    - Prepare, manage, and update comprehensive product development documentation (including technical specifications, schematics, and BOM).
    - Consolidate research findings and provide detailed reports on development progress and outcomes to the management team.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    - Bachelor's Degree with major in mechanical engineering, mechanical design or related field
    - Minimum of 4 years of experience in Electronic Product R&D and Design.
    - Deep expertise in electronic circuits, components, and manufacturing processes.
    - Proficient in programming for microcontroller platforms such as STM32, ESP32, PIC, AVR, etc.
    - Proficient in PCB design and simulation tools (Altium Designer, KiCad, Proteus).
    - Alignment with Japanese corporate culture and work style.

    <SKILLS>
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    - Competent in English, specifically for reading and understanding technical documentation.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    <PREFER>
    - Japanese language skills are highly preferred
