Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    - Bachelor's Degree with major in mechanical engineering, mechanical design or related field
    - Minimum of 4 years of experience in Research & Development (R&D) or Mechanical Product Design.
    - Solid understanding of electronic components, machinery, and manufacturing processes.
    - Alignment with Japanese corporate culture and work style.

    <SKILLS>
    - Proficient in 2D & 3D design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Catia, etc.).
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    - Proficient in English, specifically for reading and understanding technical documentation.
