  【Job Summary】
  Seeking a dedicated Quality Control & Shipping Management Staff to support and ensure the highest standards of quality and logistics reliability for our sewing thread production operations in the Northern Vietnam region. The successful candidate will be stationed near Phu Tho Industrial Park in Hung Yen Province and will play a vital role in overseeing production quality, compliance with industry standards, and the coordination of shipping processes.
  This position requires close collaboration with production partners, internal teams, and Japanese technical staff to maintain our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction in the textile supply chain.

  -Oversee color quality control processes for sewing thread production, ensuring consistency with standard color samples and benchmarks.
  -Conduct regular quality checks on finished products, including color assessment and inspection of carton and packing materials.
  -Support and manage quality testing procedures, including documentation and maintenance of CCM data.
  -Manage shipping instructions issued to production facilities and warehouses, ensuring accurate scheduling, delivery dates, and fulfillment requirements.
  -Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee timely and compliant shipment execution.
  -Investigate quality complaints or non-conformance issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions in collaboration with relevant teams.
  -Facilitate effective communication between production sites and Japanese technical staff when on-site technical guidance is required, including interpretation support as needed.
  -Act as a key point of contact for quality control matters, offering insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  -Coordinate with Japanese technical staff and local partners to ensure clear communication during factory visits, technical guidance, or operational assessments.
