  <Job Summary>
  You will be working as a production manager at a new factory in Vietnam owned by a Japanese company.
  ※No business trip usually, but depending on the situation, CDD goes to the factory in China for training.
  
  <Detail>
  ‐ Overall management of production, including PO/SO control, delivery schedule management, and logistics arrangements.
  ‐ Initially, the role will involve working as a production staff member in order to gain a hands-on understanding of manufacturing processes.
  ‐ Depending on circumstances, there may be an opportunity to participate in training at the factory in China.
  ‐ Factory delivery schedule management, PO/SO management, and use of Chinese language skills
  - The role is primarily based in Vietnam, with communication mainly coming from China
  - Other task from the Manager
