  <Job summary>
  You will be in charge of the factory manager in an Iron processing Japanese company.
  
  <Detail>
  - Production and Process Management: Plan and control production schedules, manage workflow and delivery timelines, and optimize the allocation of manpower and equipment to maximize productivity.
  - Communication with Shop-floor Workers: Provide clear work instructions, listen to feedback from workers, resolve on-site issues, and maintain smooth day-to-day factory operations through strong communication.
  - Equipment Management and Maintenance: Oversee inspection and maintenance of machinery such as laser cutting machines, press brakes (benders), and semi-automatic welding machines to ensure stable operation and prevent breakdowns.
  - Quality and Safety Management: Maintain product quality standards, address defects, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
  - Staff Development and Continuous Improvement: Train and develop workers, promote skill transfer, lead 5S and Kaizen activities, and manage costs by improving efficiency and reducing waste.
  - Staff Recruitment and Interviewing: Conduct interviews for shop-floor workers, assess skills and suitability, and support the hiring process to ensure sufficient and capable manpower.
  - Other tasks from the Japanese general Director.
