  One of our clients, which is a manufacturing company, is looking for a Production Manager.
  
  【Job detail】
  ‐ Manage the production line (precision mechanical processing), ensure to achieve the Target/ KPI including: labor safety, quality, delivery time, productivity, cost of production tools etc.
  - Set up the Action Plan for the group.
  - Implement and propose production improvements to increase production efficiency.
  - Training employee, and correct the mistake.
  - Reminds employees in the group to comply with regulations, production processes.
  - Manage and evaluate employee.
  - Propose new the organizational structure of the group to raise up productivity.
  - Report all issues related to the department.
  - Details will be discussed during the interview.
