    <Job summary>
    You will be working as an Accounting and Finance staff at a women’s lingerie manufacturer.

    <Detail>
    - Perform monthly and annual closing and prepare financial statements.
    - Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory, and handle bookkeeping tasks.
    - Calculate and analyze manufacturing costs, including materials, labor, and overhead expenses.
    - Coordinate with auditors and tax authorities, and handle tax filing and compliance matters.
    - Prepare budgets, manage cash flow, and create financial reports for management.
    - Other tasks from the manager.

    - You can be a bridge between the Japanese headquarters and the Vietnam base.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Bachelor's degree
    - Japanese: N2 Intermediate
    - English: Intermediate
    - Certificate: Chief Accountant
    - Personalities: Emphasis on compliance and honesty
    - More than 5 years of experience of a Chief Accountant in a Japanese manufacturing company (Must: Accounting, tax, audit, and government interaction)

    <Prefer>
    - Have experience in making Consolidated financial statements (They may do consolidated financial statements in the future, but not now)
