  【Job Summary】
  Seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will harness your skills in BIM and Revit modelling to support the design, coordination and delivery of architectural and building-engineering projects. As part of the team, you will work closely with architects, structural & MEP engineers, construction management, and project stakeholders to ensure high quality design development, accurate building information models, and smooth project execution. This is a unique opportunity to work in a Japanese-heritage general contractor in Vietnam, supporting both design and construction phases across industrial, commercial and mixed-use building projects. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, collaborating across disciplines, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement in BIM workflows and digital delivery.
  
  
  【Job description (details)】
  ‐Use Revit to develop and maintain architectural BIM models for building projects (industrial, commercial, mixed-use) including concept, design development, construction documentation and as-built phases.
  -Coordinate with structural and MEP engineers to integrate their systems into the architectural model, ensure correct interfaces, and perform clash detection and resolution.
  -Run BIM model reviews, identify issues (such as geometry, systems conflicts, model health) and propose corrective actions or design modifications.
  -Produce accurate 2D drawings and documentation derived from BIM models (plans, sections, elevations, schedules) for design submission and construction.
  -Maintain model quality, setting up and enforcing BIM standards, Revit templates, families/libraries, naming conventions, and version control.
  -Support construction coordination: provide model-based deliverables for construction planning, site coordination, and may assist with as-built modelling after project completion.
  -Participate in project meetings (design reviews, coordination meetings, client workshops) and represent the BIM/architectural side of design.
  -Provide mentorship or training to less-experienced engineers/drafters in Revit/BIM best practices and workflows.
  -Continuously evaluate and improve BIM processes, tools and workflows within the company’s design-construction environment; propose enhancements for efficiency, quality and digital integration.
  -Liaise with Japanese stakeholder teams and Vietnamese project staff; ensure communication between disciplines is clear and design documentation aligns across languages and cultures.
