    【Job Summary】
    Seeking a motivated and technically strong Sales Engineer specialized in chiller equipment to join our HVAC / refrigeration‐cooling division. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role combines sales, maintenance oversight, and energy‐efficiency consulting, with the aim of expanding the company’s market share in chiller solutions, while helping clients lower electricity consumption and operational costs. The candidate will engage in technical proposals, after‐sales support, maintenance planning, and energy audit & optimization projects.

    【Job Responsibilities 】
    -Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders; respond to technical inquiries, provide product selections, sizing, and proposals.
    -Prepare technical and commercial proposals / quotations: selecting chiller models, components, controls; design support; cost estimates; negotiable contracts.
    -Oversee the commissioning, startup, and handover of chiller systems: ensure they are installed, calibrated and operating per specs.
    -Plan and coordinate regular maintenance & service schedules for chiller equipment; ensure preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend lifespan.
    -Conduct energy audits / site assessments of existing equipment: analyze past electricity bills, load profiles, system inefficiencies (e.g. poor insulation, suboptimal controls, aging components).
    -Propose energy saving measures: retrofits (variable speed drives, better control systems), upgrades (better coils, insulation), operational changes (scheduling, set points), or new more efficient models.
    -Work with internal teams (engineering, service, procurement) to ensure solutions are feasible, compliant, cost‐effective and deliver promised savings.
    -Monitor installation / maintenance quality, ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
    -Track market trends, competitor products & pricing, regulations impacting energy efficiency or environmental standards.
    -Report on sales performance, project pipeline, maintenance contracts, energy savings achieved, etc., regularly to management
    -Other related tasks.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【MUST】
    -Japanese: N3 Advanced level or more
    -At least 2 years of experience in factory piping and plumbing (as a sales or engineer or both)
    -Have experience using CAD for Factory Piping
    -Interested in Sales

    【Advantage】
    -Having work experience in Japan
