    【Job Description】
    - In charge of site supervision of air conditioning and sanitation equipment.
    - Manage installation and connection of piping and air conditioning systems for rainwater, water supply, drainage, etc.
    - Supervise execution and implementation of mechanical works as required by managers.
    - Follow up, inspect, and report on project status; control quality of works and monitor construction progress.
    - Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and required documentation.
    - Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
    - At least 10 years of experience in building or shopping mall projects.
    - Proven track record in handling large-scale commercial facilities.
    - Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other specialized software.
    - English: Intermediate level.

    <Prefer>
    - Experience working in international companies (especially Japanese companies) is an advantage.
