We are seeking a skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Supervisor to join a dynamic team in the fast-growing consumer food sector in Vietnam. The successful candidate will oversee food safety protocols, provide guidance on hygiene management, and ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations on product labeling and packaging.
The role requires frequent business travel throughout Vietnam and potentially overseas, making it ideal for individuals with flexible schedules and strong communication skills. 【Job description】
- Supervise and implement food quality and hygiene management systems, including ISO and HACCP.
- Guide and train teams in sanitation practices and food safety procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese food safety regulations, particularly for consumer food products.
- Oversee packaging and labeling to ensure alignment with local standards and legal requirements.
- Communicate in Japanese to draft reports, perform quality audits, and liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Travel frequently across Vietnam (weekly basis), with occasional overseas trips.
- Foster productive communication with senior staff and foreign professionals.
- The other tasks assigned by the Japanese Director.

Qualifications
Requirement
<Must>
- More than 5 years of experience in food hygiene management or quality assurance.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO, HACCP, and Vietnamese food safety standards.
- Familiarity with food labeling and packaging regulations in Vietnam.
- Japanese: N2 Intermediate level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Stable employment history, with no record of frequent job changes.
- Willingness to travel frequently, primarily within Vietnam.
