  1. Production Operations:
  - Plan, organize, and supervise day-to-day production activities.
  - Ensure adherence to quality, cost, delivery, and food safety standards.
  - Monitor and optimize equipment, manpower, and material usage.
  2. Team Leadership:
  - Recruit, train, and develop production staff.
  - Promote a collaborative and disciplined working environment.
  - Evaluate team performance and provide coaching as needed.
  3. Process Improvement:
  - Propose and implement improvement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency.
  - Collaborate with QC, Maintenance, Planning, and other departments to resolve production issues.
  4. Reporting and KPI Management:
  - Monitor and report on key production metrics: yield, downtime, defects, etc.
  - Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Communication with Japan
  - Work closely with Japanese team members during their business trips.
  - Travel to Japan for production technology training (short-term).
  - Serve as a key bridge between Vietnam and Japan to transfer knowledge and ensure alignment.
