    【Job Summary】
    - Responsible for work as a Drawing Interpretation & Process Design Engineer

    【Job description】(details)
    - Develop technical drawings for manufacturing, including extracting 3D to 2D drawings, and determining machining and assembly methods.
    - Conduct experiments, optimize, and design component processing procedures using equipment such as welding machines (TIG/MIG/laser), surface treatment systems, and powder coating lines.
    - Manage, design, and improve production-supporting tools and jigs – including welding jigs, painting jigs, and inspection jigs.
    - Apply CAD/CAM software for technical design and transfer data to the production system.
    - Participate in process improvement initiatives based on Lean, 5S, and Kaizen principles to enhance productivity and quality.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
    - Minimum 1–2 years of experience in this position
    - Proficient in technical standards, mechanical drawings, production processes, and product quality control.
    - Knowledge of welding technologies (MIG, TIG, Spot Welding), surface treatment, and powder coating.
    - Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Inventor

    <PREFERS>
    - Experience implementing ISO standards, 5S, Lean, or Kaizen in manufacturing environments.
    - Technical communication skills in English or Japanese are an advantage
