    <Job summary>
    We are seeking passionate and experienced Restaurant Managers to join the launch of a new Japanese dining chain in Vietnam.

    <Job Detail>
    - Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff supervision and customer engagement
    - Ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company service standards
    - Train and mentor staff to maintain a high-quality dining experience
    - Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships
    - Handle scheduling, shift management, and ensure adequate staffing
    - Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism
    - Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members
    - Report to senior leadership and provide operational feedback
    - Assist in the preparation and execution of new store openings across Vietnam
    - Other tasks from the Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Graduate college
    - Japanese: N2 Intermediate or higher
    - More than 5 years of experience as the Restaurant Manager, with an understanding and teaching the best customer service in Japanese restaurants.
    - Clean and professional appearance
    - Strong interpersonal and training skills
    - Willingness to relocate or commute within HCMC or nearby locations
