• Job Description

  Be responsible for daily tasks, periodic reporting and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of accounting book, business transactions and report.
  
  Key responsibilities:
  The position reports to Chief Accountant and take responsibilities daily tasks as follows:
  • Perform tasks related to specified checking payment documents and banking transactions for payment.
  • As accounts payable, it requires making payment in a timely manner and making bookings with GL accurately and timely.
  • Keep track of supplier & customer shipment documents (including domestic and import/export documentation) and follow up closely with the delivery schedule and payment plan to the supplier (including the service provider/ forwarders)
  • Collaborate closely with members of the relevant department.
  • Ensure compliance with company regulations and instruction from management.
  • Support for performing internal accounting records for the company.
  • Others task as assigned of chief accountant.
