    <Job Summary>
    Scrum Master support the Scrum team Vietnam in various ways to perform using the Scrum framework collaboration with Japan team.

    <Job description>
    - Support and facilitate for new Scrum team.
    - Helping everyone understand Scrum theory and practice.
    - Coaching the team member to become self-management and cross-functionality.
    - Remove of impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress.
    - Helping in creating/managing backlogs.
    - Helping with Scrum metrics collection.
    - Other tasks as assigned by Japanese Manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Bachera's degree
    - Japanese: N2 Intermediate levels or more
    - English: Conversational levels (Internal conversation)
    - More than 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or related field (must have Agile experience).
    - Excellence knowledge and understanding of the Agile framework.
    - Good understanding of software development process

    <Prefer>
    - Good understanding and hands-on experience in programming skill.
    - Have certifications related to Scrum. (CSM, CSD etc..).
    - Have Agile development related knowledge other than Scrum (Lean, XP, TDD, ATDD etc).
    - Have experience living and working in Japan.
    - Good communication in English
