  • Job Description

    ■ Admin task
    - Internal work
    - Sales support
    - Ticket arrangement
    - Equipment management
    - Estimate creation
    - Translation work for catalogs and websites (once a year)

    ■ Customs clearance
    - Customs clearance when importing/exporting products between Japan, China, and Thailand
    and Vietnam
    - Customs clearance with EPE companies
    * Our company has outsourced some customs clearance operations.
    　Please exchange customs clearance with the subcontractor.

    ■ Accounting experience
    - Interaction with external accounting companies
    * Outsourcing other than basic internal accounting.
    - Attendance management
    - Payroll
    - Inventory control
    - Create an internal sales management table
    * Saturday and Sunday attendance may be possible during the exhibition period (about once a year)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Japanese more than N3 or English more than Intermediate level.
    - Having more than 3 years experience as admin.
    - Can work immediately.

    <Prefer>
    - Have experience 1-year experience as an accountant.
    - Having experience as Import/Export.
    - Experience contacting accountant consultants.
