【Job Summary】We are seeking an experienced Mold Designer (Plastic Injection) to join our engineering team.The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing molds used in plastic injection processes for manufacturing precision parts. This position is critical in ensuring that mold designs meet product performance, quality, manufacturability, cost, and safety standards.In this role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including product development, manufacturing, and quality to support new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for both conceptual and detailed mold design, CAD modeling, technical documentation, and problem-solving throughout the mold lifecycle—from design through production and improvement. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex requirements into robust mold solutions that support our manufacturing operations and quality objectives.【Responsibilities】-Design and develop high-quality plastic injection molds that meet functional, quality, and manufacturability standards.-Operate and manage wire-cut EDM and electrical discharge machining (EDM) machines for mold parts fabrication and modification.-Perform polishing, finishing, and fitting of mold components to ensure smooth operation and product quality.-Create and revise detailed 3D CAD models and 2D drawings for mold components and assemblies.-Incorporate essential mold features such as cooling channels, ejector systems, parting lines, and gating to ensure reliable and efficient production.-Work closely with product designers, engineers, and production teams to ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability (DFM).-Participate in design reviews, offering technical guidance to improve product quality and reduce production issues.-Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to drive mold fabrication, tooling, and delivery timelines.-Optimize mold performance to minimize cycle times, reduce material waste, and improve overall efficiency.-Conduct simulations and analyses (e.g., mold flow and cooling analyses) to validate design assumptions.-Troubleshoot issues during prototyping and production, implementing corrective actions as required.-Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including mold specifications, bills of materials (BOM), manufacturing drawings, and change records.-Ensure all mold designs comply with internal standards, customer requirements, and industry best practices.-other related tasks.【Company/Job Attraction】- You can work at a clean factory because this company was established in 2018- You will be a key member as this department has just started- All the staff are open-minded.

[Job Summary]Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Plastic Moulding & Automated Vision-Inspection Operator to join our manufacturing team at our precision-engineering facility.In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring plastic injection-moulding machines as well as automated vision-inspection equipment, ensuring high-quality output, efficient production flow and adherence to safety and process standards. You will collaborate closely with production engineers, quality assurance teams and maintenance staff to drive continuous improvement and maintain operational stability. This is a hands-on, stable manufacturing role where you will directly contribute to the company’s reputation for precision, reliability and excellence. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment, has a keen eye for detail, is comfortable with machine operation and inspection systems, and is committed to meeting both productivity and quality targets.[Responsibilities]-Set up and operate injection molding machines (thermoplastic resin) according to production orders, mold specifications and operating procedures.-Monitor and control mold temperatures, cycle times, material feed, robot/automatic loader (if applicable), and other parameters to ensure stable production.-Operate automatic image inspection equipment (vision inspection systems) to check molded parts for defects (e.g., flash, short-shot, warpage, discoloration, contamination).-Interpret inspection results, perform minor adjustments or stop production when non-conformities occur, and escalate issues to Quality/Process Engineer.-Record production data, machine run-time, change-over times, rejected part counts and inspection findings in the system or log sheet.-Conduct routine preventive maintenance on machines and inspection equipment (cleaning sensors, lenses, conveyors, cameras), and coordinate major maintenance with technical/maintenance team.-Perform mold changeover operations: cleaning mold, verifying mold alignment, and prepping for next production run.-Ensure compliance with 5S, safety protocols, EHS (environment, health & safety) regulations, and quality management system (ISO9001/ISO14001) standards.-Suggest improvements in production process, workflow, inspection practices, and automation use to increase yield, reduce scrap and optimize cycle time.-Work collaboratively with team members, quality assurance, process engineering and other departments to meet customer specifications and delivery schedules.-Other related tasks
