    - Responsible for quality assurance issues (CIS)

    【Job description】(details)
    - Communication window between factory and customer: receiving information from customers about product specifications, inquiries, quality information,... and deploying to related section.
    - Cooperate with related section for quality claim correspondents, summarize, summarize and report to customer
    - Preparing for customer audit: planning, patrolling and monitoring
    - Using Minitab for characteristic reliability testing and reporting to customer
    - Other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ＜MUST＞
    - Graduated from University with major in Engineering, Product Quality Management, Chemistry
    - At least 1 year in Quality Assurance
    - Good communication in English (4 skills)
    - Experience working and negotiating with customer
    - Experience in CIS is an advantage
    - Communication in Japanese is an advantage
