    【Job Summary】
    We are one of the consulting firm provides the one-stop service related to expansion or M&A.
    Now, we are looking for a start-up member who has a "chứng chỉ hành nghề dịch vụ làm thủ tục về thuế" license.

    【Job description】
    - Preparation and review of Tax Due Diligence and Financial Due Diligence.
    - Researches in tax and financial matters when entering to Vietnamese market.
    - Tax structuring researchs for mergers, acquisitions and restructuring of operations, including analysis of tax loss carryforwards and unrealised profits.
    - Financial modelling and valuation.
    - Monthly, quarterly and annual accounting and taxation work (including audit support)
    - Transfer pricing taxation.
    - Tax-related HR work (including social security calculations and procedures, payroll-related calculations, etc.)
    - Tax Audit-related work.
    - Other tax and financial services requested by clients.
    In addition, the following tasks for our company are also performed as ancillary responsibilities.
    - Preparation of financial statements.
    - Annual and monthly tax calculations and tax returns.
    - Communication with Auditor.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - English: Upper-Intermediate level.
    - Having at least bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field from a reputable university.
    - Holds the "chứng chỉ hành nghề dịch vụ làm thủ tục về thuế" license.
    - Having experience of working at the tax or financial advisory firm or M&A advisory firm at least 5-10 years (if you only have experience as inhouse tax or accounting council, you do not qualiy for the position)
    - Having experiences in advisory services including but not limited to TDD (Tax Due Diligence) and FDD (Financial Due Diligence).
    - Having experience in tax correspondences and tax audits.
    - Solid knowledge of tax regulation, payroll laws and social insurance requirements.
    - Solid knowledge of tax systems, i.e. E-Invoice, etc.
    - Highly proficient in MS Office, primarily MS Excel.
    - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity.
    - Possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.


    <Prefer>
    - Advantageous to possess experience with accounting systems, i.e. Xero, SAP, etc.
    - Advantageous to possess knowledge on transfer pricing and/or accounting, especially VAS.
    - Advantageous to possess experience in a managerial position and/or in a multinational company/big4 firms.
    - Highly advantageous to have experiences in advisory services including but not limited to SPA review on tax related items.
    - Highly advantageous to possess a professional tax certification.
