    • Plan and manage purchasing activities both domestically and internationally
    • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and overseas suppliers
    • Control costs and optimize the purchasing budget
    • Monitor delivery schedules and handle arising issues
    • Manage and train the purchasing team
    • Develop and improve purchasing processes
    • Report directly to the General Director

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
    • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, including managerial experience at a similar level
    • Strong understanding of purchasing and production processes
    • Language: Proficient in Japanese
    • Good communication skills in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel / Words / Power point)

    <Prefer>
    • English is an advantage
    • Experience working in an electronic components manufacturing company.
