    【Job Summary】
    - Due to business expansion, we are looking for production transition staff in Vietnam

    【Job description(details)】
    Work on new products from sample production to transition to mass production.
    Work with Japanese development staff and other Vietnamese development staff on the following tasks
    - Confirming of fabricated samples
    - Checking physical property test results of new materials
    - Checking the color of materials
    - Participating in production transition meetings and checking problems
    - Coordinating and communicating with factory and Japan headquarters

    - This is not a job that involves planning and designing shoes
    - This is not a job to use 3D CAD

    ※※
    - If you are assigned to a factory in Binh Phuoc province, you will stay at a hotel near the factory from Monday to Friday. (Daily allowance will be provided.)
    Return to HCMC on Friday evening. If you wish, you can return to HCMC on Wednesday night and return to the factory on Thursday morning

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Japanese:N2 Intermediate level for equivalent communication skills (speaking, listening, creating documents, responding to emails)
    - Can create documents using Excel
    - Can grasp key points and report/explain
    - At least 2 years of working experiene for a Japanese company
    - At least 2 years of work experience using computers (EXCEL, etc.) (excluding skills training)
    - Able to travel on weekdays

    - Able to read and write emails in English
