    ■Responsibility
    You will support all of task for Japanese Factory Manager as an assistant

    ■Job detail
    - Support and assist for Japanese Factory Manager. You will learn how to mange the factory from him.
    ※Factory manager is doing as below.
    - Sales management
    - Profit Management (Sales, Production cost, Labor cost etc.)
    - Quality Management
    - Technical improvement (Kaizen)
    - Production Control
    - Make organization to improve productivity
    - Report to Japanese Factory Manager
    - Other task will be assigned by Japanese factory manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    ・At least 3 years experience in Japanese manufacturing company which size 100 member in any job.
    ・Japanese N2 strong intermediate level
    ・English intermediate level
    ・Who would like to be factory manager in the future.

    <Prefer>
    ・Worked at factory in Japan
