  • Job Description

    • Making RI ( Re-insurance) worksheet or RI disposal for policies when requested (with guidance)
    • Coordinate with Underwriting Division for seeking reinsurance supports of policy when capacity required and ensure all reinsures have approved security; Ensure all policies are properly reinsured/retained;
    • Creating, monitoring Accumulation exposure;
    • Refer to Treaty Leader to get Special Approval for the risk.
    • Facultative Inward Acceptance-Follow up
    • Filing/Documentation RI.
    • Handling RI Accounting reports process including Treaty, Claim Recovery, coordinate and follow up with Accounting Division to make payment/offset timely.
    • Prepare RI frequent reports, renewal reports.
    • Other tasks as required by Reinsurance section

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    • University Graduation
    • English fluency
    • At least 2 years of progressively more responsible property/casualty underwriting is preferred
    SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
    • Adequate knowledge of insurance, products, insurance contracts, clauses.
    • Effective interpersonal skills need to create and expand partnerships with internal and external customers as well as to influence the way business partners think, feel, or behave.
    • Have good knowledge about type and method of reinsurance, priority for experience of Facultative Inward experience and/or Treaty handling.
    • Having service mind-set, positive energy
    • Careful and detailoriented . Advance in Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
    • Programming/coding skills is preferred
