Job Description
To oversea and implement all Marketing activities of the Company to bring Corporate Brand & Products’ brands to community via creative marketing strategies and channels.
- Running all activities of Marketing Department by managing and coordinating within Marketing department and other departments in the Company to ensure the alignment with the Company’s strategies.
- Assist in bringing the N.H.O brand in general and specific projects to life through a clearly defined customer journey via marketing channels, in order to convey brand promises, positioning and reasons to believe by
implement creative marketing strategies.
- Anticipate and evaluate challenges from the competitor, marketplace,
or perceptions; and build necessary steps into the marketing plan to proactively address these challenges
- Research and analyze market trend and customer behavior preferences; Kick-start and coordinate the action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Assist in establishing all messaging, positioning and marketing strategies, while understanding the impact to the customer, and commercial strategy. Also deliver content and messaging that meets brand
standards.
- Execute the development and planning of media assets & marketing collaterals for Corporate and Projects, and collaborate with Creative team on versioning. Manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, brochure, newsletters, e-newsletters and
TVCs.
- Work with Director on annual budget forecasting process. Manage expenses to budget and develop of the annual initiatives calendars to align all channel marketing activities.
- Evaluates marketing campaigns (digital; traditional; cross-channel) to ensure they deliver strongly on the strategy and objective of the campaign brief.
- Perform other job related functions as assigned by BOD

Requirement

- Education level: University or above
- Subject of Studies: Marketing/Advertising and Communications or equivalent.
- Expected Experiences:
+ Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the similar positions and the Real Estate Industry, strong experience in Project Marketing
+ Understanding about the products and branding in real estate.
+ Excellent in writing and editing skill.
+ Strong media networking and relationship.
+ Good interpersonal skills with strong analytical.
+ Strong organizational and project management
+ Excellent English communication skills
