Job Description
<Job Summary>- This role is responsible for executing, managing, and optimizing all Compensation & Benefits (C&B) operational processes, including salary, taxes, insurance, and labor contracts.- The incumbent ensures full compliance with labor laws and maintains an efficient, accurate C&B system, contributing to astable and professional working environment.<Job Details>1. Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll Operation- Execute the entire process of timekeeping, payroll, bonuses, and other allowances accurately and on time for local and expat members- Handle related to mandatory SHUI, and manage other voluntary insuranceand welfare program- Perform declaration, reporting, and finalization of PIT in compliance with current law- Handle labor contract process including assessment, renewal, termination2. HR Process and Data Management- Be responsible for Onboarding and Offboarding session- Manage and archive HR files, including Labor Contracts, contract appendix, and HR decisions- Ensure HR data on HR systems, physical files, Google Drive is always accurate, promptly updated, complete, and well organized3. Legal Compliance- Drafting and reviewing HR Decisions, Procedures, Regulations, and Policies of the company to ensure compliance with management instructions and requirements- Timely update and disseminate changes in labor law, social insurance, personal income tax, etc., to ensure the company always operates within the VN labor code- Implement and maintain data protection procedures for HR-related sensitive information in accordance with Decree 356/2025/NĐ-CP and other relevant labor laws.- Ensure the accuracy of all reports related to the Vietnamese Government<Attractive points>- Comprehensive employee benefits- You can be directly involved in the growth of the company and build it together
