• Job Description

  - Responsible for managing the Landscape design team of the project including preliminary design, basic design, technical design, construction drawing design and author supervision.
  - Planning and managing the progress of the design project.
  – Responsible for submitting, ensuring on schedule, quality and content of design documents
  – Gather, check the original data from the investor;
  - Research and propose possible design ideas and options, responsible for overall management of the overall design style for the project
  – Responsible for managing the content presented in the defense of the design plan.
  - Support the team in developing construction technical drawings, technical standards and construction methods.
  – Comply with and properly control regulatory requirements on design documents
  – Interact with investors, maintain and develop good relationships with investors.
  - Coordinate with other related consultants and disciplines (architecture, interior, infrastructure, MEP, structure, suppliers...)
  - Make content of work to be completed, assign work, guide and check the volume and quality of work of team members
