  • Job Description

    One of the Japanese clients, which is delivering International logistics services, is now looking for Air Customer Service.
    You will be responsible for Handle Air export/ import shipments.

    [What you will be working on]
    -CS tasks relating to Air Export/ Import shipments monitoring
    -Coordinate with customers, overseas, and all related parties to fix the ex-factory date for air export shipments
    -Stricly follow up SOP set up for every single account and cooperate with other parties for ensuring a smooth implementation.
    -Provide shipping details
    -Check carefully shipping details of every shipment which receive from shippers

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【MUST】
    - Minimum 1 year of experience in forwarding/ logistics companies
    - Incoterm/ shipping term knowledge.
    - English: At least Intermediate

    【PREFER】
    - Effective English communication (written and verbal)
    - Excellent customer service skills
    - Customer-oriented minded
    - Good communication and interpersonal skills
    - Strong problem solving skills
    - Pro-activity
    - Teamwork spirit
    - Shift working/ overtime
